Horrible never answers the damn phone it's always busy
As most things in this town, they work slow, very slow. Albeit they are nice and try to be helpful. Also, good luck calling, 9 out of 10 times its busy and if you get it to ring they will not answer thus forcing you to call a national line and not getting the inf you need in the time you need it. USPS is failing
Horrible I've been trying to call all day and phone is always busy!!! Never can get a hold of anyone when I have a package missing!
